Other Accessories:

Rechargeable Battery Pack:
The Rechargeable Battery Pack will extend the use of your IPAQ battery
allowing for continuous use all day and will last longer per charge than standard
IPAQ batteries. It features a compact design, and will add approximately
9 hours of life to you IPAQ. No special charging is required . Re-charge
and top-off the charge at any time. Built in over-charge protection prevents
over-charging. Included with the battery pack is a battery pack holster,
IPAQ adapter cable, and wall charger.
Belt Clip:
Another accessory that now offered is a rigid Belt Clip. The belt Holster
fits any IPAQ expansion pack and Navman GPS receiver and can be worn on
your belt while working. The IPAQ slides into the holster with the screen-side
facing inward to protect the screen, and latches into place.
Mounting Bracket:
The Mounting Bracket is a strong and durable alternative to mount your
IPAQ and Navman sleeve. It is adjustable for any viewing angle, with easy
dismount/remount of the GPS receiver and a vibration free design. Conveniently
clamps to 3/4" or 1" round, or square post.
Dell Axim to GPS Serial Cable:
This cable will connect the bottom port of the Dell Axim to the female
DB9 RS232 serial connection from the GPS receiver.
JD Starfire Serial Cable:
The Starfire Serial cable goes from the bottom of the Starfire GPS antenna,
and comes out with a serial plug. The serial end can be plugged into the
serial port of a laptop or dektop computer so it can communicate with the
Starfire GPS receiver. To use the Starfire with a Dell Axim or IPAQ Pocket
PC, you will need the Starfire Serial Cable along with the appropriate Pocket
PC Cable (such as the Axim and IPAQ cables listed above).
IFB2 Box:
The IFB2 box allows users to connect to boom sense lines so Site Mate
will only log data when the booms are turned on. The IFB2 box can work with
any GPS receiver that has a serial port output cable and outputs NMEA0183
data. When used with a Raven GPS receiver or the power adapter connector,
the IFB2 box will reduce a 12 volt input to a 5 volt trickle charge to the
IPAQ. This helps the IPAQ to "maintain" power during its use. It is still
recommended that users completely charge the IPAQ's battery every 3 days
or so. The IFB2 box also allows Guide Mate to communicate to an external
Raven light bar through the IFB2 box.
*May not be available
IFB2 Box Power Cable:
The IFB2 Box Power Cable is intended to supply power to the IFB2 Box
when a Non Raven GPS receiver is being used.
