Pricing through August 2006 **
Soil Test Analysis
Level I: 25˘ per acre Printed 4 panel black & white maps showing locations of the soil sample points and listing any four sample result items (residual or recommendation if provided) at each point: MSAD must be provided digitized copies of field boundaries with sample points & sample Ids as well as the soil test results and equations and/or fertility recommendations at each point. Minimum charge of $10.00 per field applies.
Level II: 50˘ per acre 1. Purchase of Level I included along with all maps in Level I 2. Side x side color maps of each field with one side displaying recommendations at each point and the opposite side displaying the contoured view of the recommendation map for the following: · Lime rec points x lime requirements (with 2nd year application and acres) · P2O5 rec points x P2O5 requirements (with acres) · K2O rec points x K2O requirements (with acres) Minimum charge of $15.00 per field applies. There will be an additional charge of 10˘ per acre per nutrient for each additional nutrient map requested. OR 3. Printed map of contoured product recommendations for three nutrients with total estimated product needed, total acres to be applied, total field acres, and approximate total cost (if provided). Minimum charge of $25.00 per field applies
Level III: 75˘ per acre 1. Prescription Maps for all controllers supported by SSToolbox3.x or SGIS3.x software. 2. Purchase of Levels I & II included along with all maps in Levels I & II, if requested. 3. Prescription maps delivered via CD and/or email. An additional charge of 25˘ per acre per year for creation of controller cards for these nutrients for the following year or years using the same recommendations, including 2nd year lime application. Prescription Maps created for Ag Chem systems carry an Ag Chem surcharge of 75˘ per acre. Minimum charge of $25.00 per field applies.
Processing yield data · Importing raw, unprocessed yield data into appropriate software and providing color coded side-by-side maps of point and contoured views with attached legends using SSToolbox or providing color coded maps with point or contoured maps along with yield distribution histogram - $15.00 per field · Processing yield data by cleaning up and linear recalibration of the raw data; that is, removing anomalous yield points and retaining yield variability while recalibrating to actual yields as per seed or gin tickets - $15.00 per field to import yield data and provide maps + $60.00 per hour for recalibrating Client must provide field boundaries as Arcview Shape files or other geo-referenced digital format.
Processing As-applied Maps (maps indicating where & at what rates various nutrients were applied) · Importing and printing as-applied maps from controllers supported by SGIS or SSToolbox software - $10.00 per field
Using MSAD’s Crop Designer: Fertility® Working with consultants and growers in the creation & utilization of yield offtake maps to aid in determining the rates of Potash & Potassium to be applied across fields using variable rate technology · Creating nutrient recommendation maps using yield offtake method* – 25˘ per acre (purchase of Level I above + purchase (or provide) imported & recalibrated yield data are required + purchase of as-applied maps * yield offtake method refers to replacing only those levels of potassium & potash that were utilized by the plant in producing a particular crop
Providing multi-temporal yield analysis Combining of yield data over a multiple year period (regardless of crop types planted) to establish which areas of the field are usually high yielding, which areas usually low yielding, and which areas have fluctuating yields - $60.00 per hour
Correlations of multiple variables of data collected within fields Analyzing the relationships of various combinations of data within fields to determine the levels of impact (if any) on yields - these may include soil types, seed varieties, soil properties (i.e. - pH, CEC, organic matter, soil acidity, etc) irrigated vs non-irrigated land, Veris data - $60.00 per hour
Additional Services · Additional copies of any maps created previously are $1.50 per map per copy · All other services, except those specifically priced, are $80.00 per hour on-site and $60.00 per hour at the MSAD office
