Support Policy

For Farm Works (all modules) and SMS (Basic & Advanced)

As always, Agricultural Information Management is dedicated to continuously providing you with the highest level of support possible. We will continue to offer free support by e-mail at aimgps@aimgps.com or by fax at 662-326-2772. You may expect a 24 hour response time for e-mail and faxed questions (a few hours in most cases).

All phone support will have an annual fee of $150.00. This plan will include extended support hours at night and on weekends. Alternatively, if you choose to purchase a month of phone support, the fee is $30.00. Phone support may be started at any time when you feel you need it.

For additional Farm Works support.

You may also visit Farm Works discussion groups. Support is free from Farmworks and AIM for 30 days after initial purchase.

For additional AgLeader support.

Software support is free from AgLeader as long as the maintenance agreement is in effect.
